Seeking Investigative Assistance to Correct Wrongful Convictions

Four defendants wrongly convicted in 1987 of Aggrevated Kidnapping, Agg. Battery; Sexual Assault, and attempted Murder. Complaining witness testimony was created by Chicago Police and Assistant State Attorneys prosecuting. Complaining witness testified that defendants kidnapped her from the Chicagoland area of 3500 S. Western Ave. Hit her while driving thru-out Chicago's Southwest side (Agg. Battery). Driven to the Joliet, Illinois and Sexually assaulted by three of the four defendants. Then severely beaten and left for dead (Att. Murder).

I am pleading for the help of individuals willing to conduct phone call inquiries to obtain copies of Police reports that reveal names of potential eye witnesses of police misconduct during line-up. To locate and possibly interview complaining witness presenting facts that she voluntarily accepted a ride and directed defendants to drive her to a relatives house, then back to point A when relative at point B was not home. That she agreed to go along to Joliet to a party house. That she was not hit at anytime prior to arriving in the Joliet area. That she was not sexually assaulted by three of the defendants and only beaten by one person who got angry at her for accidently knocking over a frisbee with drugs in it.

To locate other witnesses that will produce conflicting testimony concerning police investigation, and warrantless illegal arrest of defendants. All witnesses resided on the Southwest side of Chicago or in surrounding suburbs. Kim O'Pinka, Deb Ausmus, Monica Anderson, Susan Salgado Campos or relatives Josephine Salgado, Laticia Salgado, David Campos. For more information contact:
